Cancellation Policy

At Applifix, we want you to be completely happy with your service plan. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, so if you decide to cancel your plan, you can do so within 14 days of your purchase and receive a full refund, no questions asked.

Cancellation Period

You have a full 14 days from the date you purchase your service plan to cancel it. During this time, you can request a cancellation and receive a complete refund of any payment made.

After the 14-Day Period

If you decide to cancel your plan after the initial 14-day cooling-off period but before 28 days have passed, you may still be eligible for a partial refund. This refund is issued at Applifix’s discretion and depends on whether any services or repairs have been provided during this time.

Beyond 28 Days

Cancellations and refunds are no longer available after 28 days from the date of purchase. We encourage you to review your plan carefully and contact us as soon as possible if you have any concerns.

Once we receive your cancellation request, our team will promptly review your case and, if eligible, process your refund as quickly as possible. You will receive confirmation when your cancellation and refund have been completed.


Refund Method

All approved refunds will be processed and returned to the original payment method used during purchase. We do not process refunds to alternative payment accounts or cards to ensure security and compliance with financial regulations.


Prohibited Use & Plan Exclusions

To maintain the integrity and fairness of our services, Applifix excludes certain types of damage and situations from coverage under all service plans. Please review the following carefully to understand what is not covered:

  • Pre-existing Faults: Any faults or damage that existed before the start date of your service plan are not covered. It is important that the appliance was in good working condition at the time you purchased the plan.
  • Misuse or Neglect: Damage resulting from improper use, neglect, accidental damage, or unauthorised repairs or modifications will not be covered. It’s essential to use your appliances according to the manufacturer’s instructions to keep your plan valid.
  • Non-Standard Repairs: Repairs or services unrelated to the normal function or operation of the appliance are excluded. For example, modifications or repairs that go beyond standard appliance servicing.
  • Illegal or Fraudulent Use: Any attempt to use our services in a fraudulent manner or for illegal activities will result in immediate plan termination without refund.
  • Manufacturer Guidelines: Appliances that have not been used or maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines are excluded. Failure to follow these guidelines may cause faults that are not covered by the plan.

Important: If any of the above exclusions apply to your case, your service plan may be voided immediately. This means you will no longer be eligible for repair services or refunds under the plan.
