When Does My Service Plan Start and End?
Your coverage starts immediately once your payment is confirmed. For example, if you purchase a 12-month plan on 15 July, your protection begins right away and continues until 23:59 on 14 July the following year.
Service Activation & Start Date
When does my plan begin?
Your cover activates as soon as payment is processed. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after.
Do I need to schedule anything to activate my plan?
No. Your plan starts automatically and remains valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
When does the service expire?
Coverage ends exactly 12 months later at 23:59 on the last day, unless you renew your plan.
How Do I Request a Repair?

One of our team members will schedule your repair appointment, typically within 24 to 48 hours.
What Does âUnlimited Repairsâ Mean?
You can request unlimited visits and technician time for all appliances covered by your plan.
Please note: Coverage excludes damage or faults outside your plan terms, such as appliances over 10 years old, accidental damage, and general wear and tear unless caused by mechanical or electrical faults.
Is There a Cooling-Off Period or Refund Option?
Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no repairs have been completed.
If you cancel after 14 days but before 28 days, you may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion. No refunds are available after 28 days.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
What Appliances and Faults Are Covered?
Included: Mechanical and electrical faults on covered appliances (e.g., faulty components).
Excluded: Accidental or liquid damage, unregistered appliances, or appliances exceeding age limits.
How Soon Can I Book a Repair Appointment?
We aim to respond within 48 hours to arrange your visit. Local appointments are generally booked within 3 to 5 working days depending on technician availability.
If you live outside our normal service area or during busy periods, we will discuss alternative scheduling options with you.
Do You Cover the Whole UK?
Yes. We provide service throughout England, Scotland, and Wales. Please check availability for remote locations before purchasing.
What Happens if the Repair Doesnât Fix My Appliance?
Please contact us immediately. If the issue cannot be resolved after reasonable attempts, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund or replacement (for faults covered within 3 years), covering the unused portion of your plan.
