Terms and Conditions for Returns and Refunds

You have the right to cancel your service plan within 14 days of placing your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within this 14-day period and Applifix will issue a full refund—no questions asked.

If your cancellation request is made after the 14-day window but within 28 days of purchase, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion, depending on whether any services have been provided.

Please note, refunds or cancellations are not available after 28 days from the purchase date. We recommend reviewing your plan carefully and contacting us promptly if you wish to cancel.

We will review your request and process any eligible refunds promptly. Confirmation will be sent once your refund is processed.


Payment Methods

  • BACS or Direct Debit

Your 14-day right to cancel applies regardless of which payment method you use.


Refund Processing

All refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds cannot be issued to alternative accounts or cards to ensure security.


Payment Follow-Up

After you purchase a plan, our team will contact you to confirm activation and advise when your payment will be processed. Please ensure sufficient funds are available.

If payment fails, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed. If we do not receive a response within a reasonable period, your plan will be cancelled.


Authorised Payments

Payments must be made by individuals authorised to transact on their own behalf. Applifix does not accept payments made under power of attorney or other third-party authorisations.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any issues related to your payment or service, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank.

We are committed to resolving all concerns fairly and promptly. Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may delay resolution and affect your refund eligibility.
