Applifix provides appliance repair and maintenance cover plans. Each plan offers unlimited repairs for eligible appliances during the subscription period. Complete details including pricing and plan inclusions can be found on the respective product pages.

Payments and Pricing

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (£) and payments are processed securely via Visa, Mastercard, and other major debit/credit cards through Stripe.

Order Confirmation

Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive this within one hour, please contact Customer.Service@applifix.co.uk.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any issues or concerns, please contact us directly at Customer.Service@applifix.co.uk or by phone on 0800 055 4969. We are committed to resolving disputes quickly and fairly.

Modifications

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Partial refunds may be considered up to 28 days at our discretion. No refunds are available after 28 days.

Prohibited Use

Our plans exclude coverage for:

  • Pre-existing faults or damage before plan activation
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised repairs
  • Illegal or fraudulent use of our services or website

Violation of these conditions may result in plan cancellation without refund or support.
